Maintenance items:

　　I. Do not because of man-made destory(eg:the facial spray-paint fall off, the monomer fissioned and so on) We can offer free repair,the duration is one year long as well as we offer lifelong contract maintenance service.During the repair and maintenance period,we also offer free cleanliness service twice, if more than twice,we need extra travelling expenses if outside of Shenzhen.
　　ii. following conditions are not involved in free service range
　　i. Overdue service
　  ii. without according to the manual result in damage when use, maintain and storage the model.
　　iii.without allowance of our company’s prodessionals to dismantle or modify result in destruction.
　　iv.Without the logo of our company(incluing company name &address).

Maintain instruction:

　　i.To aviod putting the model under high temperature or humid environment (the moderate temperature is 5—35,humidity is 30%-80%).for fear result in the houses of the model fissioned,the sward turn up,the short circuit of the circuitry, the model fade and so on.
　　ii.Pay attention to avoid the dust dirty the model,clean it periodically.If there is something adhere to it,Pls don’t use alcohol ,da or such kind of chemicals to wash it, you can use detergent with the soft towel to wipe it gently.

    iii.unprofessional pls do not touch the model directly, avoid knocking down some samll decorations on the model so that spoil the view effect of the model.
　　iv. if some small attachments fall off,pls don’t throw away, keep it well pls and waiting for the professional’s reinstall in order to avoid unnecessary loss.
　　v. do not dismantle personally.
　　vi.When convey or transport the models,pls make sure under the professionals’ guidance,to avoid damage and collapse.
